This is a free In-Person Session at 2 North 20th Street, Birmingham, 35203, providing an overview of SBA Lending Programs, discussing what lenders look for when underwriting a loan, and more. If you have a need to purchase the building you are currently leasing/renting or refinance a commercial building or get working capital for your business, or purchase equipment or even acquire another business, attend the workshop.
