Daniel Payne Legacy Village Foundation (DPLV) is committed to increasing the number of African American homeowners in the state of Alabama. This objective is in alignment with the 3rd component of our mission to economically empower the African American community. Studies show that closing the wealth disparity of African Americans in America has a higher rate of success when home ownership is achieved. Through home ownership education and home purchase execution, DPLV is committed to assisting the African American community.

Each week participants will cover a specific topic that not only gives them the KNOWLEDGE that is greatly needed for homeownership but also the real-world APPLICATION of what they’ve learned. At Daniel Payne, we know how imperative financial literacy is to African American community and through our Home Buyers Program we communicate & cultivate this information to our participants.
